I'm thinking of getting a trailer - for several reasons - I like the idea of a 250L tank, reel and pump to use if either my van is off the road or I need a second cleaner working with me on a big job or I just need extra capacity on a big job.
Also I'd use it for camping; getting logs for the woodburner; transporting bicycles to start a ride etc.
But the real reason is for work and so I'd put it down as a business expense.
Would you get a new one from say, Halfords of about 300kg capacity or buy secondhand? I don't want anything too big physically.

I would buy a good quality second hand one, there,s not much that can go wrong with a trailer. New hubs are cheap enough and even the suspension units are nor that expensive.
I have two myself, so I can still work if the vans off the road with having a towbar on the car. A box trailer is handy as you can lock them up.
