dont let it drift .   i learnt my lesson  after getting messed about big time over a 4 clean big place. each time the guy had an excuse to not pay. , no cash on him and no cheque account  and wanted me to set up a direct debit for his flippin cleaning.  next stop he told me to come over at 6pm to get my money. i turn up but no answer to the door-yet sumthing told me he was in there. i then turn up almost every day- no answer. then he calls me,apologizing giving me another time to collect. sure enough THIS TIME  i get my money but he then says watch out as some might be fake ,he says he had put some fake to one side and maybe muddled it up with mine! then keeps asking me to set up a direct debit as im walking away.

when ever i have trusted some one it usually ends up costing me money, go with your gut geeling,  if someone cant afford to pay for a small job, how can they pay for a big job

have a limit on what can be left outstanding,  and once this limit is met, dont do any work till it is cleared,  tell big custy at start and put in contract etc   a lot of big business want to pay every 3 months and a lot of small business cant afford to do it,   that is one of the reason small companys dont get big    think of all the wc woollies still owe money too
