I have the orbital flipper, is the whirlwind much different and worth forking out 4
-
having not seen or used the orbital I couldnt say...
but i like this one : flip applicator on squeegee and wash then squeegee off, or if the glass isnt too soiled wash and squeegee at the same time.
the applicator is a cross between microfibre and a scourer

hi shoreshine , when you are using it in a 1 pass, what keeps the pad onto the glass ?, does it wipe/scrub a little ?
ive only got the yellow orbital flippers myself
-
in one pass it uses the NON fibres side, (white) and the blue side you flipover for more scrubbing power.
that is of course if im using it correctly.. i guess you may be able to change it as its only velcro that holds it in place
