Title: cladding clean Help

Can anyone advise me on the best way to clean cladding? I have been ask to clean a small office block,
It is about 55 feet high, would reach and wash ( hot water) be ok? or would p/washing be best? what sort of cleaner would I use? Any advice I would be greatfull  :) :) :) :) :)
