Hi Guys,
could you please advise what you would charge for cleaning gutters on an industrial unit please?
Th unit is approx 7mtrs high with 20mtrs of guttering to on either side of the building.
With easy access to both sides of the building.
Thank you

Is it just clearing out or washing the outsides too?
Will you use a guttervac or ladders?

I will be using ladders this time, and I would like to give them a price for both so they have the option.
They have weeds growing in them at the moment and are trying to rent the unit out.

id go in around 150quid

for insides and out with ladders its gonna be the best part of a days work for 2 poeple . so i would say around the £200 mark

Thanks guys, was thinking along the lines of £5.50 per metre going on some of the other post so would be £220 and I would include the outside for that.

What type of gutters are they are they plastic and how deep and how full are they??? my price was just for the insides at £150 quite a lot more work involved to clean the outsides too maybe go in at £220-250 40metres is quite a lot but if its only gutter and no fascia and soffit it shouldnt be too hard

I am going to look at it tomorrow, it is an industrial unit so I don't think there are any fascias to clean but as you say could be quite deep gutters.

20 metres of guttering either side works out at 40 metres, on an industrial unit its whether you go in high as its commercial or lower to help to secure the job; but if theyre trying to rent it out theyre more likely to be prepared to pay a higher premium.
I think 250 is a fair price for in and out so long as outs arent too ingrained. I hate pricing gutters without seeing them, for all we know they could be preformed concrete, smothered in moss, 8" deep and 10" from front to back needing a skip to take the crap away.

Make sure that you secure the ladders properly if you are going above 6m.
