i dont think you are mate. I was selling my business £30,000 with 2 vans and thermopures in each £4,500 a month and contracts coming in from april to take the monthly amount up. But most people that rang said its only worth 15,000k. I laghed as you can imagine. one bloke who was going to buy it ended up pulling out though as his mum died and he all over place now so im doing it still as its good money. Lol. So its not all bad. LOL

most people charge 4 to 6 clean per sale, the price is now monthly then 8 times the monthly figure.
Its only worth as much as people are willing to pay.
