Title: shop signs / black marks

cleaning a heart foundation shop sign today which has only been up for about 1 yea rmax and i clean it every 3 months. The thing is it has black marks all over it which are faint but i think they are water / rain marks. What is best to clean this up

tried tfr befor eon one and wasn't impressed at all

i had a puplic house sign like that today, sprayed ecover on left 5 mins took the worst of, but still there very faint though, the signs are high so wont be to noticable

Any decent car polish, something like Autoglym Super Resin Polish.
