For 2010 I need to increase my business. This is because I have been working part time for 2 days a week and looking after our little boy for the other 5.
One idea I have had is to follow the American Window cleaners and offer inside cleaning as well.
Several of my existing customers have booked me for interior cleans every 3 months, so increasing my business without prospecting.
I charge one and a half times the outside cost, is this enough?
The other thing which seems to be taking off is online payments, again several customers have come to me and offered to pay online, which works really well.
It saves me the cost of a prepaid envelope which is really quite dear although the system of using prepaid envelopes has worked really well for me and I am sure a lot of customers will still want to use them to settle up.
Anybody got any good ideas for 2010?

im itching to get out there and get a good months work done!all my works due this week!but ill just have to keep chipping away at it till its completed! ::) ;D ;D

to be financially sound by the middle of the year and to be in process of getting a bigger van by july and introducing power washing of patios etc by then also. It may not come to fruition but if it does then i'll be happy.
