Title: Possible Tax loophole

While going through a list of silly laws I came across this most recent law regarding the taxman.

Under the UK’s Tax Avoidance Schemes Regulations 2006, it is illegal not to tell the taxman anything you don’t want him to know, though you don’t have to tell him anything you don’t mind him knowing.

So if you don't mind him knowing you earn £500 Christmas tips then you don't have to tell him.  (roll)

but if you don't come clean with the tax man your accounts will be false and if you want a mortgage/van finance you'll get the knock back
