I can tuse them, as i thought it would be ok to fully submerse it in the tank....
but i only have a tank in the van, and it fills overnight... so even if i popped it in , it would be submersed by morning.
??? ::)

Got mine fully submersed in the water. Fill the tank before bed, drop in the aquarium heater, plug in and go.
I did forget last night though :( should be ok though
-
just dont drain the tank so much
or just turn them on just before bed when your tank will have water in
-
It fills slowly overnight from a garden tap.... its empty nearly , when i get home..... is it ok then to fully submerse?

Trick is to keep your fish in the van tank with the heater on ::) They love the exercise and like to travel. I take mine everywhere - custy's love it.

there is a big X next to the fully submersed pic, and a tick with the cable just out of the water.

i allways thought they were sat in the bottom of the tank, thus fully submersed
