Hi Guys
I,m new to this site and have recently been getting calls from a bloke at Brodex trying to sell me aluminium wfp. I currently use a mixture of Ionics poles and window cleaning warehouse ones. Although the Ionics ones are great new, they soon deteriorate within a few months and are expensive, hence why i have used window cleaning warehouse as well. We are a commercial company using mainly 35 & 45ft poles. Brodex are offering these aluminium poles for £199 for a 36 footer.
Has anyone used these poles and are they any good??
If not can you suggest a decent carbon fibre pole that is sturdy, even at 40ft that has a decent life span, i.e not 6 months.
I dont mind paying for something that is going to last.
Cheers

Hi there wifter, i have brodex alloy, good all round heavy duty pole if you have staff, but, personally i prefer Tucker. Brodex seem hard wearing & have good warranty, i have 2, but have reduced the 30ft to 25?ft, (theres are pole length , some companies give pole reach if i remember.), because of the weight issue with them.
Ihave Ionics, Tucker & Brodex & mine & my staff would always be Tucker, most people use carbon fibre now, so cant comment on them as we only use carbon above 45ft & both are Ionics, but iam very disappointed with the 60ft one.

gardiners slx is rated as the best carbon fibre pole the brodex alloy pole would be to heavy 18ft and 25ft easy to use but 35ft would be a real chore to use all day

I employ and have found the brodex to be the best poles for me. They stand up to the abuse they get very well. They outlast any other pole by a country mile.
