The above statement on this Chem dry site made me laugh out loud,, admitting that they probably wont satisfy you so do not expect too much ,,, it is the last paragraph.

It should say you should have had it cleaned before the last 10 years had knackered it madam.

I know it is American but it has the typical ChemDry scare story tactics and surely this can't be gramatically correct
