For some time I have been thinking the term PURE WATER was not a good chose. People think tap water is pure. I think demineralise pure water would be better for marking purposes as it invokes a bit of thought on the customers side Pure water does not sound complicated and expensive. The think this term needs to be improved and brought up to date. Remember this is for marketing, it’s the spin or value adding we are talking about. What do you guys feel about it.

pure water works fine for me does'nt matter what you call it you still have to explain when custy asks or you are explaining the benefits of the system you are using

Not wanting to complicate things for some of the poor souls out there really. :)
I tend to call it purified rather than pure. Using that word instead helps to imply some action on my part.

What I do is to say that if I did it with tap water it would dry spotty. It's not the water that causes it but the contaminants within the water. Therefore, if the contaminants are removed first, it doesn't happen.
That's a very simple explanation that most people can get their heads around without feeling bamboozled with science.

Just tell 'em it's "special water" that's all they need to know. ;)

So time ago they had an advert were they spoke awoulf the gravy is some or otheer do food . Its was dry cubes, but sales went up. marketing needs to move on and refresh its self or else it becomes stale. All to often I hear on this forum custies saying they do not want to pay more for a service like WFp as it is to quick. And we need to value add to this by making is a mistory product, Or else they think its easy to clean it them selves.Do do understand that marketing is not everyones cut of tea.But when WFP can out the poeple think its the savour to window cleaning and its now becoming old hat. Think about it and spend some time on it.I am not trying to fool anybody just put some marking thoughts in our industry.
