though about getting some of this and stapling onto ply lining but not sure if it be any good at all.

It's sold in Focus as well, was taking a look at it yesterday.
Probably best to staple it to the back of the boarding, so it doesn't get ripped.
I was wondering how to attach it to the roof of the van?
The other choice is bubble wrap behind boarding.

would this help ?

That stuff is actually really good. Its a good insulator and won't be affected by moisture.

getting it onto roof be tricky i reckon. Would need a very good adhesive

You would think the guy would wear a face mask of some sort when rippin' that stuff apart.

Could we use expanding foam to insulate van walls?
I've just been watching this stuff on youtube and it is amazing stuff, are there any problems with filling the wall cavities with this stuff?
