i dont know about you guys but am not looking forward to all the aches and pains again, with over 3 weeks of no poling, and possibly another week there's no doubt the muscles have relaxed, iv started my arm exercises now, i think yous should do the same, it might make the pain a little easier on us ::)

Ive knocked a hole in our downstairs ceiling and also the attic floor space so I can start practising with my pole before going back to make sure Im in the peak of condition.
I suggest everyone else does the same to prevent back, shoulder and neck injuries ;)

funny enough whilst bored last night i allmost booked again, its getting very close to booking for this year, i feel it in my bones
