Title: is hot really a help in this period of crapness

hey ive got one of the l5 heaters from last year that cracked but i thought id fix it while ive got nothing to do at the moment :( :( so i was wondering does it really help or make a difference in this weather, as i really want to get out and work

yes mate the hot makes a hell of a difference if you can get out to use it,      but it doesn;t matter how hot if the roads are undriveable.

I have hot but still been unable to work since 18th dec are the roads and streets here are still frozen solid.

see thats the thing the roads are ok here, its just freezing everything!!!

i've worked thurs/fri no probs

snowed in wednesday due to no gritters!

the tricky thing now is buying enough salt to put down! i've been stopping at most shops to see if they have any. i've got enough for another 2-3 days      :-\
