(Sorry for using this, but we haven't got a PM)

Here, if you're interested in getting into fell running, there's a race on in (or around) Western-super-Mare called the Tough 10 Challenge next month.  Its ten miles over rough terrain basically.

Wor Lass is running it, I'm the support team eating hot dogs from the burger van.

Why not have a bash of that one; I don't think its too far from you?
