you know i remember one year im at this house doing the windows and just like today the gravil on the drive was fozen solid , you think to yourself i must be mad but it didnt seem that long when i was sat on the patio drinking an ice cold drink chatting to the owner on how hot it was .
-
Yeah, I was thankful of my monday shops today, but the rest of the week? Not good.
I brought the hosereel and brush inside last night, and thawed out the pump and pipes this morning.
10 minutes into my first house (at 10.30!) it froze on the glass and in the pipes.
By midday it was solid throughout. Useless.
This is seriously bad for me. :(

from your recent posts we know you're having it tough big time. Thinking ahead so that next time I won't get caught out helps me.
You could work tomorrow if youbought an L5.
-6 @ 8 am, -4 when I had everything ready. Cleaned all day. It's gonna set u back £120 plus a few bits.
WFP means I work in the wet & now the ice.
Give it ago, nothing will ever stop you then.

I find that very starnge because I drive a Vauxhall van and when roads are un-driveable then Vauxhall always pay me compensation and even my local knocking shop stepped in when I called them to say I couldn't make it down because the roads were full of snow, they even sent a couple of girls out to my home free of charge.
so cant see why WFP companies cant do the same when us windows cleaners feel sorry for ourselves ?
whats the world coming to ?

Cheers Kev, but you don't actually say what an "L5" is!
Also I'd need to find £120! ;D
