paint brush or foam roller
its just a paint, so its fairly easy to apply
do not get it on your skin ;) and do it in a well ventilated area

good thinking dave, get a van done while it's too cold to work.But you need to do it somewhere warm.
If you entend to dump your vivaro's after three years why bother, it will reduce the resale price.
If you intend to run the vans forever, do it.

i did my powerwasher trailer in protectakote and it is bubbling in places my vans are done in speedliner and still like new after 4 years but speedliner costs about £500

you need to send to a garage and wait 3 days to dry...

preperation is key, make sure the surface is clean and dry and that you also rubbed it down with sandpaper to 'rough' it up a bit, this helps with paint grip the surface. I found using a big paint brush best as my floor has little ridges along it so the roller never worked as good, keep stirring the paint so the small particles keep moving and the paint doesnt clog up, once your first coat is down give it a few hours and then apply the second coat, it will take a few days to dry to the point where you can put your equipment back in the van though.
Make sure you have plenty of ventialtion and also keep it off your hands as it does take ages to get it off, i tried everything to get it off and nothing worked except giving it time. oh and dont buy to much, i bought a 4 litre and a 1 litre for my LWB transit, i only used the 4 ltr so i spent 20 to much ;D

do you think its too cold to apply it at the moment ?
I ask because I was going to re-coat my floor tomorrow and a new shelf I'd installed (I dont have a garage but could maybe leave it on a driveway with a heater in it )

cant see a problem if you have a heater in there, it was fairly cold when i did mine but not as cold as it is now

worth doing.just take your time rubbing it all down dave.
as said make sure you wear the gloves,and make sure it well vented cause it will smell for days after.
" it will reduce the resale price" well i just sold my last van and said to the sales guy,that it was painted in the back,he said no problems we ply line it all back out.so it cover it.
