Title: trolley / cart users
Post by: matt on January 04, 2010, 06:15:25 pm
has any1 worked today ? ? ? ?

i had a thought that if you kept your hose fairly short and not on the floor for too long , it might not freeze

i have a commercial job that needs doing this week and the forecast is for it not to get above freezing

i leave my containers in the hallway while the weathers as cold as it is
i put a greenhouse heater in the van as i have a 500 litre delivery only system in the back of the van which i use to fill the containers as i go along -7 here last night back of van didnt drop below 3 degrees  ;D

only problem is keeping the external vanports from freezing overnight    ;D

I always work with a fairly short hose from my trolley (I get cross with long hoses  ;D  ).

I find it no problem wheeling the trolley with me as I work round the property and I have fitted a stop valve on the handle which is always in easy reach and I know exactly where it is.  Previously I had an  in-line valve on the hose and had to search for it and keep bending down to operate it.

Yep knowing exactly where your controls are save you getting harrased. Saves time.
