Have put in 3 new membranes & new filters & water is still coming out slow & tds reading is between 17/20. Do you think it is down to this cold weather?

Cold weather for sure slows down production,did you run the RO on flush for a while

Yep, sure did. Might flush it out again though to see if it helps.

wrap some laggin round the RO it will help.
