when explaining the filter system to customers i get stuck on actually what does the ro unit do???

can anyone give a brief description in simple terms that the customers would understand cheers??

It filters the water by removing minerals

That is correct but he might be looking at more of a detailed analysis of the actual process. Although I agree he wanted it in basic terms.

Heres a link. Also depending on the RO Unit you have it will remove more/ or less minerals that we do not want in the water.

Some are 1 stage - 2 stage - up to 7 stages.  There are more stages on full commercial units The stages are the filters you have to remove different minerals or impuritiesin the water.
