Title: giant tax bill ! ! !
Post by: forest on January 03, 2010, 02:16:13 pm
I just wondered if anybody has seen the latest advert on Window cleaning resources for a round for sale in Rugby.

I have been astonished to say the least at the advert.

They have indicated that they have no accounts as its a cash in hand basis.

Considering they are taking £6k per 4 weeks and the round has been set up for 6 years i would say they are mad for potentially announcing to the Inland Revenue that they are not paying tax on it.

 :)

Surely that kind of info is only going to land you in hot water.

Anyway just thought i would mention it to see what you all thought.

All the best to you all for 2010.

if it makes 6 grand a months  and got no accounts, i would say away from it

just read the advert,  average price is 10 and earns 6000 a month,  at them prices, i would just employ some one and sit at home,

there is something not right about it

The advert earlier today said no accounts all cash in hand but it has been removed.

Wise decision in my book.

The round is all over Rugby apparantly and they have built it from scratch.

Sounds good to me but £35k is a big ask, perhaps not on round value but  certainly sitting in the bank managers office and trying to raise the cash. LOL

I am interested personally but from North Birmingham a think it might be a bit of a treck.

Ahh, reading what you've put there " no accounts all cash in hand "  I'm guessing they mean no payment on accounts (like 14 / 30 day terms) all immediate payment on completion.
