Title: use of recuitment companies when looking for staff ?

I recruit sales staff for the cleaning/hygiene industry and am currently looking at writing an article on the pro,s and pitfalls of using a recruitment consultancies to find said staff, Any thoughts or comments would be very much appreciated,
