Hi Guys im waiting for the water bill and i have used approx 50,000ltr water inc waste.
How much do you think the bill will be?
James

you can usually call the water supplier and get a price per ltr off them
-
If i call the water supplier i dont want them to ask question me on the usage.im not sure if they can charge more.
-
Between £1.20 and £1.80 per 1000 litres but you may have to add on waste. Work on a couple of quid per cube (1000litres)
Rob ;D

Thanks rob
Say £1.50 water £1.50 Waste =£3.00 per 1000 x10=£30.00 x 5 = £150
Looks confusing but i think its £150
am i right?
-
No just go on a couple of quid for 1000 litres, for fresh & waste. You wont be far off.
You can ring them up anonimously and they will let you know what they charge.
Rob ;D

thanks rob anyone else have an idea on the cost?

i just had a look at my last water bill for the 15/7 - 25/9 i use 81 worth of water, of which 33 is water and 47 is sewage, i am averaging about 10 a week for water, it does not tell me how many units i have used, but i know if i phone up i can get my sewage removed, due to the fact that it aint going down my drains

25p a litre = £12500.
Cheap as chips.

a cubic metre is 10,000 litres not 1,000

My mistake lol
1,000 not 10,000, it would be nice for it to be 10,000 ;D ;D ;D
