I have found them in pets shops...normally where the cat toys are...

Stick a Tennis ball on it, That's what I use and the same ones been on there for almost 3 years

tennis balls for me to Ive got them on all my hoses never replaced one yet
pick them up car boots charity shops occasionally gardens!!

i have used the cheap black childrens bouncy balls...same as tennis balls... bit not lime green and dont get soggy.

look in your kids ball pits. ;) ;) ;)

head to the pet section in poundland.
i picked up a 3 pack of foam balls. slightly larger than golf balls and perfect for the job

Practice golf balls @ TK Maxx, when they have them them in that is.
