Sell up, move and create a better business.

This one has done me well, but having gained experience and learned alot from this forum i know i can do better!

I want to have a mix of commercial and domestic.

All new equipment - lightweight poles, better van.

Get att gutter vac / pressure washer

Increase my takings, but not my hours

Plan for 2010
==========

10% extra profit for 2010
Replace the 10%-12% of customers I will lose.
Gain an additonal 10%-12% customer numbers.

Try to have a smoother outlook on work life...none of it is personal...when someone stops our service..will just replace with 2.

Try to have my new tattoo pieces complete by the end of the year 90 hours expected.

Be a better person i.e the man my Mum and Dad would approve of.

Dave.
