Pretty much every componant from fittings to poles I have spare in some form..obviously not the ro system itself...
Just last night the strainer in my cleantech pump box spilt...(flooding van ;D) luckily I have a spare but for normal hose size...so can Monkey fix it!
The only reason I carry so many spares is that over the past few years mybusiness has changed but even more so I do not have the luxery of overnight replacment of part/bits as I live in The Netherlands and buying here is just far too expensive....so I buy once a year those bits that I think I need...now it's just a question of topping up the spares box.
Cheers
Dave.

Pretty much one or two of everything then.
Well I'm going to start investing in some CF poles. Will keep the fibreglass ones as a backup though.
Thanks guys
Must be dam expensive over there pingu. How much more is kit % wise ?

2 of everything for me
as a day off is going to cost me a lot more than buying the spares

Hi Matt
That's it in a nutshell.
I been there and got that tee shirt. The only parts I don't carry are RO membranes and housings - filters, RO pipe and resin obviously.
Sadly its the cheapest, smallest parts that can cost you the most amount of downtime.

A bag of resin will cost around 120 euros...say 109quid...
A 650litre tank around 650 euro's...
I have really looked at this and it's just not worth it...so I buy in bulk..
I have 2 years of resin and filters for r/o ...plus loads of other spare...
Not many wfp small time operators here...
Cheers
Dave.
