Title: anyone use a wagtail whirlwind

Don't know what the "whirlwind" is but the wagtail flipper I use all the time now. very good tool. ;)

Only in WindEx-2010 time (18 & 19 March). Sorry, mate. Willie 'Wagtail' Erken could help us with the good weather from Australia maybe? I am awaiting the big parcel with the warm air from him. Good advice for you as well.
