i think the correct term now is
happy holidays
-
sod that!!
have a happy very christian christmas :D
oh yeah im a non believer 8)
-
why the f*** cant you say merry christmas? explain!!
-
i think the correct term now is
happy holidays
Well that's a load of bollox, because 'Holiday' comes from 'Holy Day'!
So if anyone is so PC to say 'Happy Holidays' instead of Merry Christmas, then they're still being religious!
JRDEEasiReach,
There's people who don't celebrate Christmas because they don't believe in it for some reason; normally
religious; so to say 'Merry Christmas' is sort of forcing an unwanted religious festival into their face.
-
my screen is being threw out too for some reason oh and merry christmas lads !!!
-
yes same same jay
-
christmas has very little to do with christian religion, you can trace
most of it back to pagan rituals, just has been adopted by christian
religions over time.
the commercial side which most celebrate including a lot
of minority cultures in this country has sod all to do
with religion anyway
i like christmas trees
turkey
and watching my kids enjoy themselves
so again...to all you kill joys
MERRRY CHRISTMAS :)
and you can shove it if you dont like it ;D ;D
-
merry xmas one and all
-
christmas has a lot to do with christians, its just the others and alike that try to take the christ out of christmas .
i do know that the date has changed but the meaning has not , so when you are tucking in to your turkey this year, spare a thought for christ, coz if the others have there way the word and meaning of christmas will be gone .
and before any one says anything about this post yes i was trying to be politically correct .just incase i get done for saying this.
this is not a pop at any religion, ps christianity is not a religion the others are. ;)
so i say MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all ;D
-
;D ;D
-
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE
;D ;D ;D :) :) ;D ;D ;D
HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL

If they don't believe in it then they would not read this post unless they are thinking they may enjoy Christmas.....
Happy Christmas all
