Title: Dealing with the snow
Post by: BDCS on December 17, 2009, 06:18:43 pm
I've put new tyres on the van - because the others were slick and a new battery
A frost watch in the van to keep the jetter fluid
Checked the stock of teabags, milk, tins of food
Brought home my enduro bike so if I need to I can get about
If it snows that hard we get cut off so I shall sit by the phone and chase all those outstanding invoices
What have I forgotten

Well where in Kent where we are snowed in.

I have been out, but I am not working today cancelled all jobs etc and cleaners get the day off too.

When I went out I had to help about 4 people. I have a pickup 4x4 so I was fine. But why the others venture it amazes me.

I was going to purchase a Vauxhall Vivaro as its more suitable to our work now with the CC taking off.

luckily we have only had a half day today and it isn't too bad around guildford. we had a lot of snow on the windscreen to get off, but other then that just driving a little slower and it was fine.
