Hi,

I would use a microfibre cloth.

we do, it's not good enough. there is always dust left. i have thought try a vacuum which might work, but there isn't always one around

I would try a lint free cloth like a microfibre window cloth.

Hi

You have to 'extract it'.

If you use a dry cloth you are only moving it around. Spray the worktop with glass cleaner and then wipe away with kitchen towel, it will soak up the grease and dust and not leave streaks.

Job done
