Title: Business users
Post by: rg1 on December 16, 2009, 03:00:55 pm
I had 2 calls today from different energy companies offering me cheaper than domestic electricity. Apparently, if you work from home and have a business account, you are entitled to it.

Just wondered if anyone else has this option and if in fact it does work out cheaper than the domestic tarrifs.

i havent had this phone call, but what you got to look at is  if you class your house as a business premises,  does this a make it liabily for rates off the council, and knowing the water board, u would probably end up with a meter in if you havent got one all ready

I think you might need to read the small print, and you will find that you need one room in your house solely for your business, like tax. Hope I'm wrong.

I started asking a couple of questions about the finer detail and he disconnected me.
