Title: flojet pump

my pump would not shut down when outlet valve was shut read on here i think about adjusting the allen key screw at the bottom of the pressure switch is this right?
 seems to have solved the problem just wanted to know if that is what its supposed to do or have i adjusted the psi at all

Although i never fiddled with it myself, i think what you did was right.

You adjusted the pressure switch. A good thing as if it keeps pumping when closed off it can damage the pump itself and also the hose.

yes mate you have done the right thing my pump is the shurflo 100 psi 6.8 lt per min and i have had to adjust mine. Dave ;D ;D ;D
