Hi
Cleaning suede can be very unpredictable in its results.  The head stains are probably severe grease absorption which is difficult to extract and will always result in having to do some colour restoration.  Paul Pearce and Ray Tolley have experience of dry cleaning fluids which may give you a result if you are confident in their use.

If you are inexperienced it is probably not a good job to tackle!!!

Regards

Andy
