I'm back!
Well I will be eventually. Just borrowed someone elses pc.
Moved house on December 4th Eventually got a phone line on December 15th and will now have to wait 'till January 6th or later for those lovely chaps at AOL to get me broadband. Modern technology has come a long way over the years ... not!

they read them very seldom, as in once or twice a year here ::)supposed to be quarterly

Thanks.
Do you mean the main stoptap?
My main stoptap is about 2ft underneath a small flap in the pavement outside the house, couldnt imagine being able to fit one in there ???
I'd prefer it under the sink where it can be "adapted" ;D

They are out in the pavement with the main stopcock for the house, they aren't very big.
See if your neighbour is on a meter - I am but my neighbour isn't ;)
