Dropped my SLX on friday morning ( really cocked up my day) and snapped the socket on the brush..
Rang Gardiners at about 1 pm and the new socket was delivered the next morning...hows that for service?
Cheers Alex and Co! ;D

I have said it so many times, their service is amazing.
I emailed them about a problem at about 1 this morning, got a reply at 9.30. Called them up at ten and said I emailed them, Straight away the ladie addressed me by my name and was very friendly and helpfull. Think things like this go a long way in business.
Will be here in morning too. Never had a problem with them!

ive had a few bits delivered from them and some of the stuff was a bit scratched but the freindly helpful service more than makes up for a few scratches.
did it hurt when you saw the pole bounce on the floor? :'(

I did exactly the same a few weeks back. Pole went over. Socket on brush broke. It wasn't a problem as I had other brushes anyway so was just going to change the sockets over eventually. Was chatting idly about it when ordering other bits and they just threw a socket in FOC. I thought that was pretty decent really. I wasn't after a freebie but I thought that was a nice touch.
