Post by: neil55 on December 11, 2009, 12:31:45 pm

As we know the kit is v expensive (but good in my view!)

There are none listed on ebay.

Or if anyone wants to sell one - let me know!!

I have heard people say "I cant afford one", but once you have one you cant imagine cleaning manky carpets without one.
Thats just not Envirodri, but Host, Flexi 5, and any other heavy duty Counter Rotating Brush machine.
Its an investment and set against tax..

Joe is spot on although heavy which is the whole point its an excellant piece of kit. Thats the reason you dont see many sec hand ones around. Makes the sebo seem like a kids toy.

Since having a tm i dont bother with my sebo duo if i have a minging carpet i use a rotary with brush.

Do you think the machines listed are better for aggitation than a roatary?

If i have a bad carpet and dont want to risk fluffing it up with the rotary i use a carpet brush.

As an agitation machine the Envirodri etc do a better job then a rotary, IMO.
Its the action of the brushes - they go down and lift the pile up, and by doing so lift the rubbish up with it.
