bin doin this house fora while,and she always bin a pain at payin,she owed 5times last time i called and she sed husbands not home and he got all the money...typical,so she sed call back in half an hour coz he'll be back then,so i did and oooh look,all the lights were off,no1 in,i were fumin,then went to do em today and the blumin cow as moved out,the house were empty! why do people do that,she must of bin plannin on movin out,so why dont they tell you then ur not wastin ur time and effort doin they windows and not gettin paid for em,i hope i see her again!

Cos they're f*****g P*** taking pikeys mate. Been there myself. Some people are just lowlife b*******. Feel for you bud. I really do. Please try and learn from it mate. Don't let them get to you. If they do,then they've won. It's wasted time, not money. Try and look at it like that. They're scum. Move on fella.

wayne DONT CLEAN MORE THAN TWICE WITHOUT GETTIN PAID!!just write it off and move on!it happens to us all from time to time.learn from it then when it happens again if its only £10 or £20 its not too bad.annoying though!

like daz said dont clean more than 2 times with out money,
i have even not cleaned houses this month that i know, will not pay me because they are skint, just going to wait till the new year, i even had one house i never went back to after 1 clean as i got a bad feeling about it, just wrote it off
did you lose much money

wayne DONT CLEAN MORE THAN TWICE WITHOUT GETTIN PAID!!just write it off and move on!it happens to us all from time to time.learn from it then when it happens again if its only £10 or £20 its not too bad.annoying though!

its twice with me,and sometimes its once i have one what owes me now i been 3 times shes always the same so i write it off now if i get paid i will have to go and clean again and the cycle begins again

yeh was £30! i dont normally clean em more than 2 maybe 3 times dependin who it is,but she kept sayin 'keep doin em and i'll make sure i pay you next time',i cud never do that to sum1 who has provided a good service which i asked for,like i sed she knew full well she were movin out,jus wanted to get sum free cleans. i clean her sisters house tho,shes jus as bad at payin,so im gunna ask her to get in touch for me...prob a lost cause tho

Pay a visit to the new owners, they may know where they have gone, ask the estate agents that sold the place.
Then go and stick a pork pie in their lawn mower.
(why a pork pie in their lawn mower you ask? Because its better to say that than what I was really thinking ;D )

The most i've lost is a ton.........Her house,her daughters house and her hubbys office foyerX3. She still lives there, but i've given up tryin to get the cash. She swore she'd sent me a cheque. When 3 months later i told her i hadn't received it, she said she'd send another one. Never got that either.I just don't get how she can look at me in the eye when i do her nieighbours windows(which she sometimes has to) I'd sooner be walkin in my shoes than hers. I can't promise i wont brick her window one day. It's below me, but knowing that she secretly probably still laughs at me under her breath still eats at me.

all the topics on here about bad prayers and what to do and people still continue to do the work and moan that they cant get paid.
simple dont pay after 2 cleans then dont get done,until they pay
5 cleans.... all i can say is your never learn.your fault dont moan

I agree with dazmond. I use a three strikes and there out rule. Sometimes you just know when you ain't gonna get paid. Bummer i know, but some people are just like it.

If you know their name, do an internet search in April, as they will show up on council tax register in April for new residence and you can pay them a surprise visit. :)

It helps if you get their mobile number. A few calls at 4 in the morning.

It happens i'm affraid, had it a few times during my 20 odd years, but thankfully you learn by your mistakes. I dont go no more than 2 cleans unless its someone you know.
If you think you have got a bad customer get rid off em.

Search google with every bit of info you have on them. One customer moved on me without paying and I tracked her down by putting her mobile number into google and low and behold there was her business website complete with her new address.
