Where is the best place to buy a 60ft pole from for quality and value?

Try Ionics Ergolite 2 range. Expensive but top quality. I think your pay £1500ish

Depends on what you are after. If a modular pole would suit your work, then there is no competition in rigidness, and lightness, you would have to get an Super Lite from Gardiner Pole systems.

modular are becomig more popular due to the lightness but telescopic are more compact,also the poles depend on the job aswell if you are only going to be using it now and then and not all day telescopic is a good choice but if intended for regular work then modular is a defo,
i have the 57ft Brodex hydra carbon telescopic and it is a vast improvement on their last carbon poles but still can be a ball ache if using for a long time,
you could always flirt off upto Brodex they are only up at Southport just over an hour away from Stoke or you can nip up mine and try mine ;)

Agree Cheaper but I'm no to sure on the Weight?? Ergolite 2 is the latest range much lighter than ordinary Carbon.

Carbonfibre is carbonfibre, just a different structure depending on the application.
Superlite : 2.6Kg
Ergolite 2 : 7.02Kg
Ergolite 3 : 7.27Kg
An immense difference, especially when working at 60ft.

how much are you going to use it ? ? ? just the odd job per year ? ? ? ?

Hopefully it will be used quite alot in the long run but short term it will be for just a few quarterly jobs,

its a damn shame there is no harris pole or equivlent that goes that high. 60ft poles are soooo expencive. im glad i dont need to buy 1.it would bring me to tears handing over 1500 notes for a pole.

glass harris ploe I already have 45 foot one made by me.The poles sell for £12 and one would need 11 to go 60 foot modula

You,ll have to let me know what you go for.
I need a new 60ft, we have the original Ionics ergo-lite, very heavy & bendy.
Not had much use & overall dissapointed, purchased from new, so only us used it.
Dont fancy the supa-lite as a pole to give employees, so keen on seeing new poles in action, not against a wall in showroom.
Still interested in you coming in & doing some work in the future if you,re interested.
