Maybe no one has van setups for presure washing on this site.

Shame. Could have been interesting. They show van setups on CC section.

I think the point is that DS started the thread, expect others to give away all their ideas but can't be bothered to post his own. DS has also slated other peoples websites and won't post his - I maybe speaking out of turn and if I am them I'm sorry but thats how I see it

Nor do I - mines set up for drains, when i pressure wash it just gets loaded in. When I clean windows or carpets I have to borrow the missus's van which is signed for the bouncy castles which is'nt exactly professional

Delivery on this one took 6 months, as it was the first time they had exported to the UK and had not taken into account UK regs, even though we had detailed all that was needed, so they had to import axles, towing, brakes and hubs from Germany.
They now can get the turn around down to about 2 months.
I did have this one up for sale, but the sale didn't go through so if you are looking for a trailer set-up let me know as I might be selling in a couple of months. There is a thread in the Buy & Sell section on here from a couple months ago with more details.

Thanks for the info Roger r
Ds- no probs with fumes- work from the side door of the Iveco, although now in a transit lwb plenty of room to approach machine and fire up
Do you have a small van and have to stand over the machine. We have spoken before on the phone , have been on refrigeration work which kept me busy for a while.

If chewing gum kicks off will need to shift 800-1000sqm per night over 10 hrs.

Regards
Billy

To baffle an IBC you need to get off cuts of tube - Land drain is best because its light and stand them upright in the tank. Doing this stops the water surging in the tank - you don't have to get them right to the top as surging is not a problem when the tanks full.

as many as will fit so they stand upright -  cut them at angles then it goes further, any pipe will do and as big as you can get in the filler

mark this is mine mate, its an upright tank so you get more room in your van. the ibc tanks take up a lot of room.

I have not been following this post recently but thought that was hilarious. especially the bouncy castles. Is the Van for the bouncy castles sign written with a bouncy castle? That must be great if it is and out comes the carpet cleaning machine.

Yes  the van is signed for bouncy castles - the engine on the big van went pop recently and the following day I had a job at a big school on the Isle of Sheppy so I put all the kit in the bouncy castle van and towed my trailer jetter. The job was done and when you explain whats happened customers are impressed that you put the effort so as not to let them down. I also use this van when I need to do drains in multi storey car parks because of the roof height and also pressure washing - I have cleaned the entire top floor parking at Asda in Folkestone of seagull dropping and just explained the reason behind it. I would'nt turn up to clean a trama or decomp in the bouncy castle van though
