Did a 4 bed house today, woolen carpets throughoout, started downstairs, finished rest of house, custy then asked me how long it would take them to dry.
I said the room that i started on is dry already, she then started asking why it`s so quick to dry,the last time i had them cleaned they were wet for ages !
Told her that my machine is running at full whack, with new motors etc, must have used a splash and dash last time ;D

I usually get the comment "thats a big machine" or why does it not say doctor on the side. ;D

She may have been thinking you hadn't cleaned them properly if it was so dry.

I had a strange comment from a customer the other day, that the carpets took quite a long time to dry? There normally dry within a couple of hours , which i advise, with my Ashbys Ninja? But when she called me back for some Upholstery cleaning a couple of days later and said "it took a bit longer to dry than you advised." Wasnt specific about how long it did take though?
Should i not be quoting drying times like that for this time of year?
