Hi All

I currently run a wheelie bin cleaning business and am in desperate need of a customer database operating system. I am currently using George, which is a window cleaning customer software package.

Although its quite easy to use its pretty basic in its content. There are certain features that I need.
As my client list grows Im finding it a little more difficult to manage.

I need the database system to flag up next visits, calculate how many visits and tell me when they have to pay again etc etc.

Does any one have any ideas or can point me in the right direction.

George does exactly what you want.

You tap in what they pay... if paid 3 months up front it takes the price each time you mark it done.

Each time you do a job, you mark it done... It tells you how many times you have done it.

Im a window cleaner and have regular 4 & 8 weekly customers. Im guessing that you have 2 weekly customers. Programme in areas and how often you want to do them and on what day and it tells you when they are due next once marked done.

Sounds like your using a very old version of george and havent updated.

you should try window clean pro mate,its pretty good

im just starting out and need a customer database but do not know where to start!!! (general cleaning) any suggestions very greatly received!!!

Our application is used already by wheelie bin cleaners.

Gosh just looked at the date.  You may be sorted by now
