Need to order some new cards again and whilst the last lot where ok, i keep thinking of changing them a bit. What do you put on your cards apart from the obvious of name, number and address to say about you??????
-
Mine says I'm a window cleaner and says how to contact me.
To be honest, when I'm given a business card I don't even look at it unless I want to contact that person.
As long as it doesn't look homemade, I don't think you can go far wrong.

It needs to catch thier attention. Make them want to call you

That's what flyers are for.

thats it, most biz cards you hand out are put in the drawer and forgotten about, personally i dont see the need to go over board with them

i didnt bother with business cards, i went straight for a double sided gloss A5 flyer insted.
i also use keyrings from loopfobs - find that domestic customers put them on there house keys and has really worked well as customers will never lose your number etc....
cards get binned or put away in draws to be lost forever - was gonna get pens done but again they get losed or get binned when ink runs out.
keyrings from loopfobs are cheap and have worked well for me.

MY business cards are made as a book mark with two way tape so one can stick to there fridge or use in a book.

i allways liked loopfobs, i used to get them off every tom dick and harry supplier that wanted to sell me building supplies and equipment
the only downside is, i cannot see the " man in charge " putting 1 on his new merc's keyfob
