Title: Window Cleaner Pro - Emails and Program messages

Sent a program message about 3 days ago and not heard anything, and sent an email last night to ians
true commerce email and not heard anything.

Has anyone got a reply of late to any email or program message they have sent the WCP guys?

Why not ???

The guy has a problem with the program he uses to keep track of his WINDOW CLEANING round, he can't get in touch using the facility on the softwear so he comes on here and asks a simple question and it looks as though his problem is going to be dealt with.

Seems exactly the sort of thing this forum should be used for.

Ian told me he has approx 4000 emails to go thru.   :o :o :o  which will explain why people are not getting replies just yet.

Gold package members get first priority too.  ;)

So its a case of he'll get round to the emails when he can.
