Title: Round for sale. (nr. Coatbridge, Glasgow)

Extrememly compact round on a new built housing estate., just outside Coatbridge.

£425.00 per monthly visit. (60 of the existing 90 houses)

Takes one man approx. 17hrs.

Done WFP, but can easily be done trad.

Just secured a big commercial contract, so thinking of selling this round.
