Title: window round for sale, Bedford UK area, £1400+ per month
Post by: markmckinley on December 02, 2009, 03:36:14 pm: Hi lads, as i am planning to leave the uk in Jan i'm offering my business for sale.
Turnover is app £1400 per month with some 6 weeks jobs as extras as well as two schools cleaned at half term intervals, theres a few other extras too that are 8 week cleans, you know the score....
I'm looking to sell at only 2 cleans worth as time is pressing on, ie £2800 but i'd go for £2500

All work is up to date.
Round has been constantly running for app 23 years, houses and shops is the main bulk, ive always used ladder and squeegy method though waterfed pole lads won't have any issues with any of the jobs.
Main work is Kempston,Bedford area of Bedfordshire South East UK
tbh its an easy round with no bad payers, they were weeded out years ago.... ::)

theres two interested parties, ones Steve who couldnt make the appiontment today, so i'll hopefully see him Monday a.m
the other party is a firm in Letchworth who want to send a lad down to work the round with me a couple of days-thats fine too.
First one interested enough to part with cash i'll sell to them, FOR THE SAME PRICE TOO-I DON'T BELIEVE IN A BIDDING WAR AND I AM TRUE TO MY WORD ABOUT THE ASKING PRICE
NO WAY was this advertised on Ebay at ANY POINT

I'd just like that made public as i don't want either party thinking theres non disclosure going on.
Happy to deal with both interested concerns and both seem equally interested and respectable, which is what i'd like for my customer base.
