I wonder how many are going to want to get into crime scene cleaning after seeing the programme tonight.
What was a nice little niche market for those who wanted to do this sort of thing now risks being flooded with people. ;)
-
They are welcome to it.

They are welcome to it.
Yes my thoughts too. Although they didn't show a true scene, the thought of cleaning someones blood and guts off a ceiling and 4 walls isn't my idea of a nice days work.

The state of some of those flats in them programmes are terrible.
I have cleaned some dirty places (general cleaning) but nothing like that.
Mingy carpets are bad enough these days.
-
Saw that too on tv..
Wouldnt want to get into that myself. ;D
How some live ::)
-
It's not pleasant... take a look at these... the first ones were of a flat where an old chap had died.
We cleaned it up enough for someone to go in and rip it all out.
-
These next two were in a flat where the guy didn't know how to use the toilet... the toilet was full of it, so was the bath, the sink and the kitchen sink... mmmm, nice! :P :P :P
Guess what he did for a living... he was a cleaner!!!!!
-
Andy you really aretaking the pi$$ !
Shaun
-
Oh come on Shaun, I promised I wouldn't mention that it was you and I was good to my word!
;D ;D ;D
PS - Wish I was taking the pi$$, it was absolutely vile!!
-
Not used to living in a house as you can see but my cardboard box was being cleaned.

Andy
Has somebody got to move into the place you cleaned ???
Thought it would be replaced ie the kitchen and bathroom ;D
-
I like the way the matter in the bath must have separated with the solids forming the tide mark. You could grow some prize winning tomatoes in that.
-
we just cleaned it enough for the refurb guys to go in with no risk to health, they replaced everything!

No poop!

Hi Andy do you have to have special license etc to take on 'poo-ey' work like that!
-
No, just a cast iron gut!
-
Did you notice that they were using 429? Chemspecs and also the meter JK was advising?
Shaun
-
What is 429?
-
Neil where have you been ? Chemspec 429 has won more award than Easterenders.
Shaun

Yep noticed that, also
He was not wearing a face mask for cleaning the blood.
He was not wearingan all in one suit to protect himself.
The machine he used at the end for contamination residue checking only checks for protiens and not for pathogens, viruses or any air borne diseases.
And I would not say that the cleaning practice on the police vehicle was A. SAFE or B. Full

There's a programme on sky with the americans doing the same thing and they are just as flippant sometimes.

Can't stand Eastshouters!
Equally I'm not a great user of Chemspec products, I have a few but not all.
I've now done a search and found the product which I guess is a step up on prochems version.
