Title: Charge more for 2nd storey flats that 1st?

Just a quickie,I've got a 2nd storey flat to do soon.Not done any places yet above 1 floor.Do I charge more for than a similar flat on ground floor or 1st floor levels?Might take a bit longer I'm guessing.

If you're wfp then the difference is so small it's negligable.
If you're up and down a ladder I would charge a bit extra.
