Does anyone use these type of ladders for access over porches where the pitch is to great to stand on. Really useful bit of kit IMO.

not feesable to keep getting of car for the odd window, get your normal ladder above the window and you should be ok

Looks useful, but I wouldn't trust it without footing.

i use a trad pole or ladders above the window over porches.3.5 metre 2 section trade ladder for normal domestic work and a 8ft single pointer for large downstairs windows.all windows on 2nd or 3rd floor i use the extension poles.rojak and mitts on ladder.

Sod that!!.... you only get one chance!! too risky without a proper footing. would either use pole or put the ladders above the window to get the 75 degree angle.

Surely that won't meet HSE regs regarding keeping so many points of contact with the ladder etc.

I think this is dangerous not for me and i am not skitish about ladders.

looks like it would be very hairy when you come back down ,at the point where you swing your hips over the middle joint, oooops ,over she goes! :(
